Who we are

PropsRank (propsrank.com) is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@propsrank.com.

What we collect

Visit statistics, without cookies: page, referring site, country, device type, browser and language. We do not store your IP address; we keep only a one-way hash that changes every day, so we can count unique visitors.

Clicks on firm links: the firm, the page you came from and your country.

Star ratings: your rating and a one-way hash of your IP address, so each visitor can vote once.

Error reports and “List your firm” requests: what you write, and your email if you give it.

Deal alerts: your email, language, the firms you chose, your country and the date you subscribed and confirmed.

Why and on what legal basis

Statistics, clicks, ratings and spam protection: our legitimate interest in running and improving the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Deal alerts: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time with the link in every email. Error reports and firm requests: to answer you (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes the data

Cloudflare (hosting, database, security, bot checks). Our email provider, only to send deal alerts and confirmation emails. Google Fonts serves our fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads. We never sell your data.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Visit statistics and clicks: up to 25 months. Deal alert subscriptions: until you unsubscribe; unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Reports and firm requests: up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to privacy@propsrank.com. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local authority.
